Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This 2 bedroom apartment has the entrance on the side of the villa that is above the apartment. There are stairs to the private beach used only by the villa owner and this apartment. There are beach chairs and umbrella available for use.

The apartment has a living room with tv, dining area and a functional modern kitchen with cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Next to the kitchen there is a modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and soft towels, plus lounge area with a Flat Screen TV.
The balcony with panoramic views of your secluded beach down below, Kamala Bay & the Andaman Sea can be accessed from the 2 bedrooms and the living room.
Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub for 2 people, second bedroom has walk in shower. Both bedrooms have seaview and king size beds.

The community offers 3 swimming pools and access to the beach. The adjoining restaurant ‘The Deck’ serves meals throughout the day, including room service and at the main pool.
Electric and water are included, please turn off the AC when you leave.
Cleaning is not included, charged 1200 baht. If an extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
