The Space:
1 very nice bedroom and 1 living room (1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people) , total size: 38 SQ.M. with a big balcony.
Only 3 minutes drive to the night market and very easy to take "baht bus" on the beach road to Pattaya (Walking Street, Festival Centre Pattaya shopping center, Bali Hai pier (for a trip to the islands), Buddha on the mountain - viewpoint
... for only 10 baht per person, go all the time, just go to the beach road.
Our apartment has everything (Free wi-fi, One the big bed and sofabed for 1½ person, Shower, Toiletries, Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Bottled water-free, Cable TV service, Balcony, Laptop , (website hidden) installation with a subscription for free calls worldwide, Air Con, Desk, Iron/Ironing Board, Hair-drier.
If you desire to get rest from an every-day cleaning we have a cleaning room service that costs 500 THB for a visit.
There are all of the kitchenware in the room and there is always the possibility to order food in the room.
Guest Access:
Our manager is at your disposal during your stay to answer your requests (taxis, excursions, shows, markets, beaches, Etc ...).

The location is an ideal for families with children due to the huge water area, which is considered the largest in the territory of Pattaya. That are putting our apartments on the level higher then any five-star hotel.

Getting Around:
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road a few min walks from the building or ordered to the door. A motorbike taxi cost about 60-10 baht (2-3 euro) to the center of Pattaya / beach, also a car taxi will cost about (100-150 baht) (2-5 euro) use an app named "Grab"
In Pattaya and Jomtien or the main or beach road just you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a 10 baht per person.
Other Things to Note:

♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
