Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 120 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Or you can visit the ostrich farm or the butterfly farm. But we admit: if you have elected to stay at a vacation home, part of the fun of being on Aruba is enjoying the house which you have rented.

The district where it is located is called Rooi Santo, an upscale neighborhood close enough to the hustle and bustle of the hi-rise strip, yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the sounds of nature. Enjoy the Aruban cunucu, the countryside, take a stroll in your neighborhood and try and remember the names of the different cacti that grow in profusion all over the island.
