Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 3 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 7 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance
With less than 29 days notice before your arrival date: 20% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 5% of the total remaining balance

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Antoine 3 is a 125 square metre apartment on the 3rd floor of this old city apartment block near central Brussels.There is a small elevator in service. It can accommodate six guests comfortably and even eight if there is need. It consists of three bedrooms, modern bathroom (shower in the bath) with a toilet, cozy living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-in office: Rue Grétry 23, open Monday-Friday: 10-22, Saturday 10-18, Sunday and national holidays-closed.
For arrivals outside these hours, or on national holidays, please call us in advance to schedule a meeting. City tax of EUR 4,59/day/apartment will be collected from you at check-in separately, and we will transfer it to the city jurisdiction.
Late check-in fee of 30 € is charged for arrivals after 22 hrs
