Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 2 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 15 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Villa Antico Trullo is a chic and very nice solution not far from the beautiful Baia di San Gregorio.The elegance of the property is evident as soon as you enter the gate.The garden, finely cared for, is an explosion of colors and fragrances that completely invade the villa.The house has a comfortable veranda overlooking the sea and in the back two showers, comfortable to return from the beach.The interior, bright and spacious, has a living room, with a large window from which to watch the whole garden, the TV, a sofa, air conditioning and, in the same room, a kitchen complete with every utensil even dishwasher. The house enjoys three large air-conditioned bedrooms. Two rooms are double and one of them has a private bathroom equipped with every service. The last one has two single beds instead. There is an additional bathroom complete with all the amenities including the washing machine in the small storage room.Each window has mosquito nets, except the entrance window door.
