Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 59 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

there's a special outside kitchen with air-conditioned and French doors open to the pool garden: the porch next to the living room, it is a perfect area to eat. Around the Pool there are comfortable sunbeds and a lawn.
Fast wireless Internet access (optical fiber) and alarm system.
The Space:
- 4 double bedrooms with air-conditioned (1 of them in suite with jacuzzi and hairdryer); 1 bathroom with bath ; 1 toilet.
- The diving room is conected with the living room and they have air-conditioned. In the living room there are: compact stereo System, Smart TV 55”, fireplace. There is a spacious porch next to the living room, it is a perfect area to eat.
- A fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso cofee machine, oven, toaster, ceramic hob (cooker), kettle, microwave, juicer compact.
- A laundry room: washing machine, dryer, an iron, ironing board.
- Barbecue room with air-conditioned and French doors open to a pleasant pool garden: barbecue with chimney, gas stove, fridge, a treadmill.
- Outside bathroom with shower.
- Pool area: terrace for sunbathing in their comfortable sunbeds and lawn next to it.
- Garage (2cars, possibility 1 more in open air).
- The place has a wireless Internet access (optical fiber), a central heating and a . Pet friendly (small race).
The Neighborhood:
Convenient location, it's a 10 minute drive from Ibiza centre, local neighbours, close to restaurants, bar, supermarket, bus station and quiet at night.
