This Villa has a nice beautiful private pool and garden with good relaxing place to set outside (up to 10 people in the villa), is tastefully decorated and has a large living room with size and kitchen with all you need for cock. There are 5 bedrooms (2 cozy bungalow with fans) and each bedroom have a big bed with a nice soft topper. The villa is fully air-conditioned. This HUGE AMAZING 5 bedroom Private pool and Jacuzzi Villa, comes with 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 cozy bungalows outside in the big amazing garden with double beds. The large spacious living room which has a big TV, Pool table, Computer desk - yeah it pretty much has everything and is perfect for couples, groups or business events. Perfect place, to ensure to have a perfect holiday. :) Right outside is the most amazing private area with big Jacuzzi for 4-6 person, where there is a beautiful landscape that surrounds it, with outdoor BBQ! Wifi, electricity, and water, is of course INCLUDED in the price (NO extra charges).

The Neighborhood:
Not far from our villas, we have a shopping and entertainment center. Visit Beach only 400 meters away, one of the best beaches in Pattaya. There are many tourist attractions, such as Floating Market, Walking Street, Sanctuary of Truth, Nong Nooch Botanical Garden, Mini Siam Park, Million Years Stone Park. You can visit the Oceanarium "Underwater World" and the Cartoon Amazone Waterpark. For lovers of extreme holidays in Pattaya, there is Jet-Skiing, Bungy Jumping, Sky Diving, Scuba Diving, and water-sports. Getting Around:
Almost in the Center of the best area of Pattaya and only 400 meter from the beach with easy access to main road where you have taxi for only 10 baht per person going to Pattaya and walking street. Many great restaurant in this area.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our villa (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Supply of baby kit (baby, high chair and child swimming arm rings can ALL be rented in our office for only 100 baht per night).
♡ Free Electricity 45 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the villa cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your villa cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
