Agave - Verde sleeps up to four people and features one bedroom, combined dining/ kitchen and living, a tastefully decorated bathroom and a spacious courtyard perfect for alfresco dining.
Located on the first floor of a secured residential apartment building in the beautiful township of Sorrento, the 50 square metre apartment is filled with natural light and offers all the necessary comforts to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Following a small hallway, you enter into the open plan living and dining space which is furnished with a comfortable 2-3 seater lounge (with sofa bed option), dining table for four and kitchenette which boasts all the necessary equipment to making meal preparation a breeze. It includes a 4-burner gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. A set of glass doors off the living area opens out onto a small courtyard furnished with lounge chairs and an outdoor table setting.
The highlight of the apartment is the main bedroom which comprises a queen sized bed (with twin option), wall mounted 43” flat screen TV and an in-room bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a long day out sightseeing.
The separate bathroom features a spacious shower fitted with adjustable rain and handheld showerheads, modern design WC and wash basin.
The apartment enjoys air-conditioning in each room, Satellite TV and high speed WiFi access.
There is a lift in the apartment block which can be reached from the entrance lobby up a few steps. For those arriving by car, parking is available on request for a daily rate of €15, although the apartment is within walking distance to the city centre and main transport hubs.
Agave- Verde is centrally located in the Santa Lucia quarter of Sorrento and is a short ten-minute walk to Sorrento train station, which runs the Circumvesuviana line of trains with access to Pompeii and Naples. Sorrento’s historical centre and the main shopping strip of Corso Italia with its boutiques, cafes and restaurants is only an 8-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes on foot and there are a great selection of eateries nearby.
Agave- Verde is an ideal base to explore the cultural and historical wonders of the Sorrento and Amalfi Coasts including Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri Island and Massa Lubrense.

Please Note:
1) From 1 April to 31 October the Municipal Council of Sorrento has instituted a mandatory tourist tax on all temporary residents. A tourist tax of € 3,00 per person per night (for guests 18 years and over) for a maximum stay of 7 nights must be added to the total amount of the stay and must be paid in cash on arrival.
2) A late check-in surcharge of €25 applies to all arrivals after 10:30pm which must be paid in cash to the host on arrival.
