Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 7 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 10% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The setting is Guardia M. on the outskirts of Acireale. Guests can use their own separate entrance, a parking space in the large courtyard, and 250 sqm of garden with its own furniture for moments of total relaxation. The B&B double bedroom at first floor have private ensuite bathroom, TV, air cond., adjoining sitting room where breakfast is served. We provide bed linen and towels, final cleaning, touristic brochure, guided excursions, and a shuttle service from/to Catania airport and from/to the nearest railway stations.
