Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This holiday home is equipped with great amenities.

The house has 24 hour security guard and 2 floors with 3 bedrooms.
At the entrance there is a private pool and a garden with mountain view and outdoor furniture.

On the ground floor the living room has a large smart TV with international movies and comfortable sofas. Kitchen has cutlery, crockery and high quality appliances including a large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, cooking hob and dining table. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a patio with a washing machine

On the second floor the master bedroom has large windows to look at the kamala hills, master bedroom has an large TV and ensuite bathroom with separate walk in shower and bathtub. The third bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

All rooms have ACs and windows.

Walking distance to Fantasea show and only 900 meters to Kamala beach, 2 km to Cafe del Mar and HQ beach clubs. The property is approximately 10-15 minutes to Patong west side of Phuket island, in close proximity to Phuket’s finest restaurants, beaches and located just few minutes from the white sandy beach of Kamala.

Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning is not included, price is THB 1800 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
