Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a
chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com
and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation,
then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure
receipt of their cancellation.
Cancellation terms in most cases are:
With less than 6 days notice
before your arrival date: 100% of
the
total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice
before your arrival date: 50% of
the
total remaining balance
If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the
apartment page
Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This is a 2145 SQFT house with only 1 level.
** Due to the fact that this house is under renovation, there will be no access to the 2nd Living Room.
Your bath towel and freshly fluffed pillows will be waiting for you when you arrive.
Your bathroom is shared with guests in the Deluxe Room. However, at sometimes you will be the only guest!
Locals and long term guests may be subject to a quick online rental application check.

I have several other whole home rentals across the USA that are located in the most amazing resort communities.
Guest Access:
You will have your own keyless door code so you can come and go as you please.
You will have a key to lock your bedroom door.
You will have access to a shared kitchen that all guests must keep clean, a shared living room, AND a shared swimming pool. You can also enjoy FREE coffee and tea during your stay.
Breakfast MIGHT be an option during your stay for an additional cost paid at the property.
Please note: One of the 2 living rooms is incomplete and therefore off limits.
Other minor renovations have not been completed yet (e.g some baseboards in the shared areas, bathroom vanities, and the pool still needs to be refinished).
The swimming pool is balanced and the water quality is perfectly safe however, it has a broken ladder in the deep end and is scheduled for resurfacing which means the bottom of the pool is not perfect. Use at your own risk.

There are lots of places to shop and eat nearby!
Take a 5 min drive to: Walmart, Publix, Oak Hill Hospital, shopping, food and The Mermaids in Weeki Wachee Springs State Park!

Getting Around:
UBER is in the neighborhood and usually under 5 mins wait but I recommend getting a rental car if you go out a lot.
Other Things to Note:
1) Again, please note that one of the 2nd living rooms is incomplete and therefore off limits.
2) There is also a swimming pool that needs to be resurfaced & renovated. BUT the water is balanced and you are allowed to use it at your own risk.
3) There are a total of 4 Rooms in this house. 3 of them are listed and rented on a short term rental basis. This means there may be others staying during your stay. Everyone is vetted, respectful and fun to be around.)
