BEDROOMS:
The house features 5 beautiful bedrooms: three with queen-size beds and two with double beds. The warm lighting creates a restful atmosphere, and a large amount of storage space makes it easy to settle in. Enjoy a good night’s sleep before exploring all Edmonton has to offer.
There are also two sofa beds, with extra pillows and blankets available if needed.
BATHROOMS:
The 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom provide large groups with enough privacy and space to get ready in the morning. The two full bathrooms each have a deep soaker bathtub, and the luxury sinks, spacious counters, and storage space combine flair with convenience.
We provide all the essentials including towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. There are also a washer and dryer available for your laundry needs.
KITCHEN:
With two fully-stocked kitchens, two dining areas and high-end appliances, the house is perfectly set up for bigger groups. The main suite kitchen boasts modern decor and spacious countertops, and the basement kitchen gives the option for groups to cook separate meals. Both kitchens feature a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.
We provide cooking basics as well as silverware, dishes, pots and pans, and coffee and tea.
Once you’ve prepared your feast, gather around the elegant dining tables and enjoy a delicious meal.
LIVING ROOM:
The two living rooms each offer a comfortable space for guests to relax after a long day out.
With a plush leather sofa, leather armchairs and an indoor fireplace, the main suite’s living room is modern and spacious. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and tasteful decor and attention to detail complete the luxury feel. A 50” 4K TV with Netflix will keep everyone entertained.
The basement suite’s living room has a cozy atmosphere, with a three-seater sofa, comfortable chairs, and warm lighting. You’ll love having the extra space to spread out and the 50” TV. Be sure to make use of the super-fast Wi-Fi (150MB per sec) as well.
OUTSIDE SPACE:
Head out onto the patio with a steaming cup of coffee and catch the morning sun. On warm summer nights, fire up the BBQ grill, pour the wine and enjoy dinner in the fresh air. There is also a large backyard for guests to enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet, safe, family focused residential neighbourhood. Right across the street there is La Perle school with a large park, playground and soccer field.
Located just 5 min away from West Edmonton Mall, you are close to MANY different kinds of popular restaurants, retail stores and there are Save-On-Foods and Safeway grocery stores nearby. The house is minutes from the 170 Street, Whitemud Drive and Anthony Henday Drive which gives you quick access to the entire city.
Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around in Edmonton. With 170 St., Anthony Henday ring road and Whitened Drive close by you can get anywhere in Edmonton within 5 - 30 minutes. West Edmonton Mall 5 min, Whyte Ave 15- 20 min, Downtown Core/Ice District 20 - 30 min, Edmonton International Airport 20 - 25 min and public transportation are just a couple houses down the street.
The house is a quick 15-minute drive from downtown, 15 minutes from the University of Alberta, 5 minutes from West Edmonton Mall and 25 minutes from the Edmonton International Airport.
Other Things to Note:
The house is located on the main road in the neighbourhood, right across from a school and near a transit bus stop. If subtle traffic noise bothers you, this may not be a good place for you. However, if you are looking for easy access to West Edmonton Mall, 170 St., Whitemud Drive, and the Anthony Henday ring road, this place will be perfect!
