Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Luxury studio apartment in a new building in Surin beach is beautifully
furnished and ideally located.
An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then
pristine Surin beach is just 5 minutes away.The building is new, with
great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area. Exercise
room, 24 hour security and private parking area. The fully air
conditioned studio is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a
perfect holiday. There is a queen size bed, wardrobe and safe. The
bathroom includes a walk in shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is
equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots,
hotplate, toaster, microwave and kettle. Living area offers a flat
screen TV with cable channels, opening to the private balcony. The
swimming pool, gym and restaurant is on the 8th floor, there are stairs
and also an elevator. High speed wifi is provided by the building, it's
shared and password will be provided by email 24 hours before arrival.
Please note that is not suitable for working online as it might not be
reliable enough. We will provide check in instructions 24 hours before
arrival, we also offer transfers for easy arrival and departure. If
this studio is not available do not hesitate to contact us, we can
offer you alternative accommodation. This apartment is a private home,
we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building
rules. Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to
avoid insects and bad odours. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be
washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the
apartment. If you smoke in the balcony you must keep your ashes and
throw them in the garbage. Electric and water are included in the
price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and
all lights when you leave.Cleaning is not included. If cleaning is
required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Cost is 600THB
per time. Late check in is available free of charge.
