My big 80sqm corner apartment comes with 2 bedrooms with big king size beds. In the living room, you will find a big nice big sofa, able to accommodate a kid. The 2 bathrooms have a full shower and toilets. Our kitchen contains all of the necessary equipment for you to prepare your meals, including a microwave. Plenty of working surface. There is also a refrigerator with a big freezer.washing machine and dryer you can find down in the lobby.
The Space:
There are a plethora of amazing seafood restaurants, just 300 meters from the building! Enjoy a spacious pool and fell like home after a long day sightseeing. My 2-bed pool view apartment includes your private bedrooms with a private bathroom for every bedroom, private living room, shower, and toiletries, free wifi, and tv, a large kitchen!
Prices included all as electric and water, no hidden fees.
Guest Access:
Our manager is at your disposal during your stay to answer your requests (taxis, excursions, shows, markets, beaches, Etc ...).
You have exclusive access to the Entire place, Gym and pool.
Interaction with Guests:
Just short walk to Minimart and restaurants/bars. There is also a big market every night open for turists and only a short walk away same as elefant and horse ridning.
You can find many great places for golf as we can help for bring and pickup.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to the beautiful Jomtien Beach and restaurants and shopping.
More information
Even though the center of Jomtien nightlife is only few km away and you can easy take a taxi for only 10 baht.
The air is better!! Less traffic.
Getting Around:
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road a few min walks from the building or ordered to the door. A motorbike taxi cost about 60-10 baht (2-3 euro) to the center of Pattaya / beach, also a car taxi will cost about (100-150 baht) (2-5 euro) use an app named "Grab"
In Pattaya and Jomtien or the main or beach road just you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a 10 baht per person.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number booked.
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (30mb down and 5 MB up speed).
♡ Free coffee and tee when you arrive.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open doors you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
♡ The room cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the room cleaned and ready for the next guest (Post-Stay Clean). This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your apartment cleaned during your stay (In-Stay Clean), an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per stay.
There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
