The Space:
Top floor 2 bedroom apartment with 2 queen-size bed and 1 sofabed big so can easy sleep 2 person and total 6 person can stay this brand new apartment. The bathrooms have a full shower and toilet. My kitchen contains all of the necessary equipment for you to prepare your meals, including a microwave. Plenty of working surface. There is also a refrigerator with a freezer. All my apartments have air-conditioned in every room and are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some units feature a sitting area and/or balcony. Bedsheets, Towels, shampoo, and soap are all included.
Guest Access:
Our manager is at your disposal during your stay to answer your requests (taxis, excursions, shows, markets, beaches, Etc ...).
You have exclusive access to the Entire place, Gym and pool.
Interaction with Guests:
I'll be answering all questions and help out as best as I can. If you want an airport pick-up we can arrange that for only 1,500.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to the beautiful Jomtien Beach and restaurants and shopping malls.
The center of Jomtien nightlife is only few km away and you can easily take a taxi on the mainroad or use app as "upper" or "Grab"
This place is serene!! Less traffic.

- Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number booked.
- Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
- Free Wifi. (30mb down and 5 MB up speed).
- Free coffee and tee when you arrive.
- Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open doors you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
- The room cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the room cleaned and ready for the next guest (Post-Stay Clean). This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your apartment cleaned during your stay (In-Stay Clean), an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per stay.
There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
