This lovely 2 bedroom is located on the high floor of Sea View only 200 meters from the beach and Night Market and everything looks nice.
Modern European style kitchen, flat-screen TVs, a lovely living room area, luxurious bathroom a nice balcony looking at the 50-meter pool and Kid's Pool area. Big bedroom with queen size bed, small kids room with bunk beds, and a living room with queen sofa bed for 2 people and an open kitchen with all you need for cooking.
Just 2 minute walk away from all the shops and restaurants frequented by the tourists. The building also has Lush Landscape and Rooftop Garden Terrace, Acqua Island, BBQ Area, Jacuzzi and Steam Room, Fitness Center, Library, Yoga Room, Game Room, Kid's Zone, High-Speed Internet Access, Business Center, 4 High-speed Lifts, Underground Parking, Resort Style Open Lobby, Tuk Tuk Service, Daily Maid Service and 24 hour security with key card access.

Very close to the beautiful Jomtien Beach and restaurants and shopping.
Even though the center of Pattaya's nightlife is only a few km away and you can easily take a taxi for only 10 baht.
The air is better!! Less traffic.
Getting Around:
There are taxis 100 meters away. But you can also rent a scooter if you want to go around.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (30mb down and 10 MB up speed).
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
♡ There are tours and laundry services on the beach road about 200 meters away (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also on the beach road. The bakery is located with 7/11 on the second road to your right.
♡ There is free parking inside the building with 24/7 security
♡ If you come early you can leave the bags in the room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
