The Space:
The flat is a nice cozy and tastefully decorated with a living room with a sofa (for 1 person) and a small dinner table and tv in an open kitchen - There is 2 Queen size bed in the 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
We have tours and laundry services just outside the building offering laundry machines for only 20 baht. Family mart or 7/11 (minimart) is 200 meters from the building.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, water cooker, toaster, coffee machine and a microwave, all you need to cook your meal.

Getting Around:
♡ Walking around the area is a perfect way of exercise.
♡ Bicycle: Renting a bicycle costs around 50 baht ($1.5 USD per day).
♡ Motor scooter (about 250 baht per day, depending on the season) - Renting a scooter is the best way to get around, but obviously there is some risk. Chiang Mai traffic, in general, can be a bit crazy.
♡ Guests can easily get a tuk-tuk (three-wheeled ride), a Song Thaew (red truck), or Taxi along the road. If you would like to get an important ride like going to the airport. I'd recommend booking in advance.
♡ Car Rental (from 1000 Baht / $30 USD) - Renting a car costs around $ 30 - $ 40 USD per day.

♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
