The Space:
Only a 5-minute walk to Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, main tourist/shopping/entertainment center - 2 min (1 km) to swimming pool/tennis/squash.
Breakfast in the restaurant cost 89 baht/person.
Only 5 min to a nice big public pool (also for baby) and 4 tennis courts/ squash. On the way, there is a small baker with homemade bread.
Rented on a daily basis, weekly and monthly basis. The quality of an international class hotel for the cost of an apartment.
The condo is located in a quiet and remote area, only a few minutes to Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, main tourist/shopping/entertainment center area. Access is easy from Chang Klan Road.

Getting Around:
You can use the bikes for free or rent motorbikes or cars, belonging to the resort. Please bring driver licenses.
There are taxis 200m. away. But you can also rent a scooter if you want to go around for about 200 baht/ day.
The area is very quiet - the traffic is convenient and we have 4 bikes you can use for free about 2 km to Night Bazaar. There is restaurant near with many shops and 7/11.
Breakfast prices start from only 60 baht so very cheap. Tuk Tuk can be order from the hotel and cost 100 baht (Last time I check) to the city. Be aware always get the prices before you go into the Tuk Tuk are you good at negotiating, you can always get them down in price :)
From the reception you can also order tours, rent motorbikes/car.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number booked.
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (30mb down and 5 MB up speed).
♡ Free coffee and tee when you arrive.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open doors you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
♡ The room cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the room cleaned and ready for the next guest (Post-Stay Clean). This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your apartment cleaned during your stay (In-Stay Clean), an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per stay.
There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
