Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area.

The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with two single sofa-beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery.

The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC.

Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

The beach is magnificent with plenty of space on the sandy beach. A couple of minutes walk away is the kite-surfing center and other water sports.
Getting Around:
Footpaths & cycleways pass right outside the property. Camber & Ancient Rye are a short drive or bus-ride away.
