Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 13 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 0% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The third bedroom is set with two single beds ideal for children or a couple of single.
There is a separate toilet.
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher and the necessary crockery to accommodate the cooking necessities for a family.
The dining area is directly opposite the kitchen and in summer the table can me move out in the green house to enjoy the weather.
The property is equipped with evaporative cooling as well ducted heating.
The attic is accessible from the stairs in the television room and offer a quiet study area with two separate desks on each end, as well as a sofa bed which can be used to accommodate an extra 2 guests.
Next to the covered green house, the deck extends outdoor looking over a back yard with a pond and greenery. A barbecue is also available to make the most of this beautiful oasis in Yarraville.

You can access Melbourne CBD in 20 minutes from Yarraville train station.
