Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 89 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 7.5% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Villa il Rovereto was born from an enchanting peasant structure of the 19th century. Located in a valley between the two hills of Mondavio and Orciano, the farmhouse enjoys a 360 degree view of the surrounding landscape. Through a private drive you reach the Villa. The rusticity and the warmth of the environment can be perceived even in one glance. The main structure, with its pastel colored fixtures, stands out among the green of the garden.

The large park surrounds the whole villa in its entirety and houses two small cottages: two delightful houses surrounded by fragrant lavender bushes and cheerful flowers. Inside the property there are many relaxation areas, shaded and cool even during the hottest hours.

To complete the picturesque garden we find a sinuous salt water swimming pool and a small whirlpool for the most intimate and private moments.
