The Neighborhood:
Hollywood in Florida may not be as famous as its namesake in California, but that doesn’t mean that you should give this city a miss in favor of a trip to Los Angeles. The city of Hollywood, Florida sits between Miami and Fort Lauderdale and there is a gorgeous beach here that means that this is the perfect destination for those who want to spend some time on the sand.
To that end, you will find an amazing boardwalk area that seems like it belongs to another era, as well as a wealth of beachfront dining and accommodation that will let you make the most of the sun and surf in this city.
The beach is not the only thing that Hollywood has going for it however, and as you venture into town you will find amazing galleries, parks, and cinemas. If you love culture, then you won’t be disappointed by the wealth of events that center around art here such as public art installations and the ArtWalk that takes place every month.
Loads to do for all tastes, from outdoors adventures for explorers to total isolation for those who prefer the homely and the comfy!

$25 daily resort fee per reservation- includes 4 towels, 2 beach chairs and one umbrella for the onsite beach, full access to our 24/7 gym, and oceanfront pool!
$27 valet parking per day.

House Rules:
Strictly NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 fee for additional cleaning service.
Early check-in and Late check-out are available upon request. Any requests made are subject to availability and an additional charge. Any unauthorized late check-out will be charged $150 an hour or the penalty rate retroactive to the day of check-in
Please use caution when streaming, uploading, or downloading any content while connected to our wifi due to Copyright Infringement laws. Any content that is Illegally uploaded, downloaded, or streamed will result in Civil and/or criminal litigation and the you will be responsible.
Any food/drink stains on bed linens or furniture will be professional cleaned or replaced at your expense.
No one other than the guests on the reservation are allowed to be in the apartment. Unauthorized guests will result in an immediate cancellation of your booking and/or a penalty rate for the full term of the booking.
