Description
We are located on Chang Khlan road and have free good WiFi, flat-screen cable TV and a balcony. There is also a minibar and an electric kettle. The private bathroom has a shower and toilet. The building is a 1-minute walk from Art in Paradise and about 1-1,5 km from the Saturday Walking Street and sunday market. Chiang Mai International Airport is 3 km away.
This area is a great choice for travellers interested in shopping, night markets and street markets, many coffee shops in the area same as restaurants.
Please note this room can have 2 adult and 2 kids.
The Space:
My spacious apartment comes with 2 double beds (130cm each) TV and desk. The bathroom has a full shower and toilet.
7/11 is located near in the building as restaurant is also very near. Lift will take you up to the floor where your apartment is.

We have a 24-hour reception and a snack bar. Other facilities offered at the property include a tour desk and cozy area where you can relax. The property offers free parking. And we have shuttle to Pool/Tennis/squash area.

Getting Around:
Getting around
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road just outside the building or ordered to the door. A tuk tuk taxi cost about 60 baht (2 euro) to the Old City.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed (minium 350 baht).
24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
