Entering the house first thing to be seen is a spacious living room on the left. Cozy sofa set with sitting arrangement for 8 to 10 guests and coffee table would be a perfect place to enjoy evening in a good company. Large TV, high ceiling, AC, lamps
In front of the entrance we have a staircase leading to the first floor. On the right side there is few steps down to further facilities and private garden. Following this steps we will reach kitchen is equipped with all necessary facilities, cooking utensils and crockery. Fridge with deep freezer, microwave, gas stovetop, kettle and almost everything you might need for cooking is provided here. Kitchen area is open what makes it very easy to serve meals for guests of the villa.
Ground floor has one of the bedrooms as well. Room is spacious and has large sliding window which gives access to garden area. Large king size bed, wardrobe, attached bathroom are few important things to note in this part of the villa.
Dining area is also on basement. It offers access to private garden with pool. Dining table is large enough to comfortably accommodate around 8 people at the same time making villa the best place for large groups. Entrance to the pool and garden is through a sliding door opening a great view to a private garden. 20 meters long and 4 meters wide swimming pool is a rare gem for private villas on rent.
