Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 20% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

A villa in gated guarded gated villa with private parking, 24-hour security and generator power back up. Has a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and garden. The pool is built in such a way that you get a pool view from 5 out of 7 bedrooms. The 7 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with king-size beds, AC and attached bathroom.
Master bedroom is a suite with two rooms, one king-sized bed and one sofa bed. One more sofa bed is in the interconnecting room which also has AC. So the total villa has 6 king-sized beds, 2 sofa beds and 6 extra mattresses can be put on the floor as the rooms are spacious.
A large dining area with 12 seat dining table attached with a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Caretaker and cook (chargeable) are available at your service.
