Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 42 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Fantastic 4 bedroom house overlooking the historic center of the town
of Alcudia and its traditional pedestrian streets. Located in a quiet
area, the house is located near the vast sandy beach of Puerto de
Alcudia.

The house has two levels:

On the first level there is a terrace with wooden floors and outdoor
furniture for outdoor dining. On the same floor there is a fully
equipped kitchen, open to the dining and living room with access to
satellite TV compound. Furthermore, we find a double bedroom and shower
room for it.

On the second level we have a double bedroom with queen bed and
bathroom with shower. There are also two additional bedrooms with one
bathroom to share between them.

All rooms have air conditioning with heat pump and equipped with towels
and bedding for every guest.

It features typical Majorcan architecture elements such as the thick
stone walls or exposed beams on the ceilings of most agencies.

It is unusually wide with a capacity of 8 adults and ideal for families
or groups of friends who want to discover the magical corners of the
island or just to spend some relaxing time discovering this historical
Roman city.

It is very close to numerous restaurants (200 meters), supermarkets
(200 meters) and other stores. The nearest beach is just 1.5 km from
the villa and Alcanada Golf 2 km.

Elecrtricity consumption not included. It costs 0,25€/KW.
