Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 42 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Wonderful 2 bedrooms finca located in the quiet area of "La Font" in
Pollença.

The house has two levels where there is a large private pool
(4.50mx6.00m) with solarium and terrace furniture, with chairs for all
guests. In the interior, we find a living room with comfortable
furniture with satellite TV and large sofas. On the same floor we can
find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

On the first floor we have 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one
double bed, both have windows with mountain views and the open
landscape. We also find two bathrooms.

By having the entire house spacious terraces overlooking the garden, an
extremely bright and cheerful space is created. In addition, it offers
service to guests at an outdoor private parking, with enough space to
store several vehicles.
