Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 42 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The house was made on two floors:

On the ground floor, there is a typical Majorcan entrance from where
you can access through a porch / deck with outdoor furniture. Then we
can find a living room with sofas and satellite TV. On the back and on
the same floor, we have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave,
refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc. We also find a
bathroom.

On the first floor there is the sleeping area, with three bedrooms (two
double rooms with king bed and one single).

The house is surrounded by a large garden and pool terrace where we can
find outdoor furniture: table with chairs. As well as a barbecue to
prepare meals outdoors.

The property is situated near the historic town center of Alcudia. It
is also close to sandy beaches, numerous restaurants and supermarkets.
Given the housing situation is ideal for guests who want to enjoy a
holiday of relaxation and tranquility.
