Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 42 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This villa is newly refurbished, retaining elements characteristic of
the Majorcan construction. It is located right in the historical center
of Alcudia, and offers beautiful views of the church and the pedestrian
streets.

The house is distributed on three floors, with a typical Majorcan
courtyard and terrace with a small pool. It has outdoor furniture with
loungers and a table where the guests can enjoy nice breakfast and
dinner covered with wine trees.

Through the terrace and a large window you can access to the dinning
room and you'll a fully equipped kitchen, creating an open space. Also,
there's another room where you can find the sofas and the satellite TV.

On the second floor, guests will find the nice furnitured rooms: there
are two rooms with twin beds and a bathroom with bath. From one of the
rooms, you have access to a private terrace with sunbeds where the
views are quite pretty to the church belfry.

On the third floor, there's a large living room area with sofas and
nice views to the pedestrian streets of the old town of Alcudia. You
can look at from small typical windows made by Majorcan stone. Also,
there's a room with double bed and a bathroom en suite. From this room,
there's also beautiful views to the church belfry. Some rooms have
their own air conditioning / heating and are equipped with towels and
bedding for all guests. Furthermore, in all parts of the villa there is
wifi internet access.
