Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 42 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This elegant villa is a paired house located on the hillside, a few
meters from the sea and close to Alcanada Golf Club. The uneven terrain
results in magnificent three terraces where you can enjoy wonderful
views over the bay of Alcudia.

At the first level there's a private pool sizes 8x4x1.70 meters with a
large paved terrace and loungers / sunbeds counting for all guests
(10). Going a few steps further, you will arrive at the main level
where the property is bordered by a large terrace with outdoor
furniture and barbecue.

Since the entry access a large hall, which leads to a fully equipped
kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave,... Also there's the living
room with seating for all guests, satellite TV and access to the
terrace where there's the privilege to enjoy of fantastic sea views.

On the ground floor there are two further bedrooms with twin beds and a
shared bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double bed that feature a
private terrace in each of these with sea views. On the same floor
there's a bathroom with bath (en suite) and one shared bathroom between
the two rooms with bath and bidet.

All rooms of the house have individual air conditioners, as well as
free wifi.

The villa is located near the sea (350 meters), many restaurants and
small supermarkets. In addition you can access easily at Puerto de
Alcudia (1.2 km) and the historical center of Alcudia famous for its
walls (3 km).
