Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 42 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

the popular Club de Alcanada golf course just down the road. The resort
of Alcudia is within a short drive, or enjoy a day trip to Pollensa, a
little further along the coast. This contemporary 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom
villa also has pool heating, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms
and lounge and WiFi included.

Villa Description

Swimming pool and BBQ area

Villa Alcanada Lighthouse has a splendid exterior dining area and pool
terrace. The unusually shaped, semi-circular swimming pool is
surrounded by ample space to relax. You can prepare a meal on your very
own brick BBQ and enjoy the typical lazy, alfresco lifestyle in true
Spanish style! External stairs at one side of the villa lead to the
roof terrace where the spectacular scenery can be admired in its full
glory.

Entrance

Four steps from the street lead to the villa porch and front door of
the villa.

Living space

Patio doors along the far wall frame the superb sea view, which you
cannot fail to notice as you enter the villa. The lounge and dining
area are open plan, overlooking the lower ground floor in the middle of
the room. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and has all mod
cons, with the same stunning view from the windows.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There is a shower room on the ground floor. All 4 bedrooms are on the
lower level. There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and
dressing area, as well as 2 twin bedrooms, at the front of the villa.
All have patio doors onto the pool terrace. The remaining twin bedroom
is to the rear. All 3 twin bedrooms share a separate shower room.
