Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This stunning 9-bedroom family-friendly mansion located at Bella Vida Resort has everything you need. It comes with a private pool, hot tub, lake view, BBQ, gym, parking, and more! You’ll also be only minutes away from Disney, top golf courses, shops, and restaurants.

My home has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and private pool/hot tub. There are 12 beds and the property sleeps 24 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and complimentary coffee is provided.
The Space:
This 9-bedroom house is newly furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom. There's two pools, both are great for a swim, and there's the community hot tub, a private BBQ, and free parking on the premises. There's also a a gorgeous lake view.

You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry. There are 2x King beds, 4x Queen beds, 2x double beds, 2x single beds, 1x bunk bed with a twin pullout, and 2x twin pullouts under the Fortnite ottoman's. The big screen smart TV comes with Netflix, news, and streaming. We also provide free coffee for your enjoyment.

You'll also gain full access to the luxurious Bella Vida Resort, which features a luxury lounge, two large resort style swimming pools, a movie theatre, a fitness facility, a playground, and a games room.
The Neighborhood:
The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.
