Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a
chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com
and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation,
then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure
receipt of their cancellation.
Cancellation terms in most cases are:
With less than 6 days notice
before your arrival date: 100% of
the
total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice
before your arrival date: 50% of
the
total remaining balance
If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Newly remodeled 4 bedroom home available for your visit to Minneapolis! Perfect for families, friends or colleagues wanting to stay together. Home is centrally located to the entire metro area. Just 1-2 miles from Downtown, Uptown, US Bank Stadium and the Convention Center. Walk 10 minutes to the Midtown Global Market to grab a bite to eat or grab a drink at a local craft brewery. Home has 4 bedrooms for your use as well as a stocked kitchen, traditional dining room, and living room.
The Space:
Our home was built in 1900 and boasts original woodwork and hardwood floors, while having many modern amenities.
Enjoy making meals in the spacious kitchen, and brew coffee in the morning with coffee and creamer provided. Sit down to eat in the large dining room and relax in the living room while watching your favorite show with the Roku-enabled Smart TV!
Bedrooms each have high quality bedding and high quality, comfortable mattresses.
Pack n' play is available upon request for those travelling with little ones!
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire 4 bedroom home. This is an attached home, part of a larger fourplex building- your access and space are both private.
This home is two levels- all bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second level.
There is a parking lot adjacent to the home and you would have one off-street spot for use. Street parking is also available.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the basement (note that it is an old basement!)
Interaction with Guests:
My wife and I live close by and are available for any questions or if you are looking for recommendations!
Getting Around:
There is a bus line, nice ride bikes for rent, JUMP, Lyft, Spin and Lime scooters to rent across the street.
Other Things to Note:
As the building is shared by other tenants and guests it is appreciated that noise be kept to a minimum.
The units are non-smoking and pet-free.
The house is located on a busy street during the day- primarily due to the hospital across the street and the bus line- though it does quiet down significantly at night. Noise, however, has never been an issue.
