Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Beautiful and cozy 2 bedroom holiday villa located in the peaceful area of Cavo Greco. It is situated in a small complex of villas.
As you enter the two story villa you will see an open space living room and a kitchen. There are two sofas and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a family needs to spend time together. There is a guest WC downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs (one double and one twins), a family bathroom and a private balcony. Bedrooms are completed with wardrobes, AC, and ceiling fans.
The villa itself has a private swimming pool, a covered pergola, a bbq area, a mature garden and an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your dinner.
Villa Island Villas Cyprus – 011 is perfect for those who would like to get away from their daily routine, the stress, and the noise of the city, but at the same time the location of this house lies convenient for a local amenities including restaurants, cafes, bars and regular bus transport to Protaras, Agia Napa touristic areas. The local beaches are just a 15-20 minute walk away whilst Protaras and Ayia Napa is just a ten minute drive.

The rental price includes limited electricity consumption of 250KW per week which allows for more than normal use of the house including air-conditions. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.30 per KWh. Electricity meter readings will be taken at check-in and check- out.
