Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Situated entirely along the right arm of our horseshoe-shaped resort, these gorgeous luxury villas offer absolutely stunning views of Medano Beach at Land’s End, where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez, as well as the multiple infinity pools and rock grottos located in the center of Villa La Estancia.

Most of these twenty-three units have a 2 bedroom/3 bathroom layout with a few 3 bedroom/4 bathroom units available and if you enjoy watching the sunrise from your own private balcony, our infinity ocean view villas are the best seat in the house. They get fantastic light in the morning and are slightly cooler in the afternoon, making them perfect for early risers.

Of course, as with every unit offered through Cabo La Estancia, each privately owned condo is replete with the comforts of home and the amenities you would expect from a five-star resort: washer/dryer, full kitchen, cable television and internet, central air-conditioning, 24-hour concierge, maid service, and complete access to tennis courts, exercise room, and laundry facility.
