Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 44 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 55 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This perfectly situated two bedroom ground floor beach house is located on the Dona Lola beachfront complex only 10 minutes from Marbella. It is the front line with uninterrupted sea views!! The master bedroom has its own terrace which looks straight out on to the sea. There is one further bedroom with one double bed and two single beds and a bathroom. Recently modernized with a fully equipped kitchen.

There are two outdoor swimming pools (one of which heated in winter) which are available all year round. The resort is within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and shops.

A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations.
