Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This recently refurbished beachfront townhouse occupies one of the best positions in the resort of Doña Lola, Calahonda (Mijas Costa) only 10 minutes from Marbella or Fuengirola. The south-facing ground floor terrace leads directly on to well-kept lawns, and the beach is just a few meters away. From the terrace you enter into the living room and dining area. The property provides WiFi, smart TV and a DVD player. The separate kitchen has a large fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker and microwave etc. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom and bathroom. The main double bedroom opens out onto a terrace with fully opening glass doors with stunning views over the gardens and sea. The property provides a fabulous place to stay in both summer and winter.

The Doña Lola complex has magnificent gardens full of colour and sound of waterfalls. You will have access to the two outdoor swimming pools, one heated for adults and the other over 80 meters long with plunge pool and children's area. Tennis courts are also available.

There are plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance in the area of Calahonda. There are many places of interest/sports nearby – Caribasol has all the details and can arrange trips if you wish.

A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations.
