Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 44 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 55 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The property has been refurbished to a high standard. Stylishly furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The lounge comprises of an open-plan lounge/diner and kitchen which is well equipped with all appliances. The lounge has patio doors opening on to a private terrace and the community gardens with the beach just a further 20 metres away. This property has 50 English TV channels, 16 Scandinavian TV channels, 8 German TV channels, 14 French TV channels. The upstairs comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto a large sunny terrace with spectacular sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed, a single bunk bed and a single sofa bed. Each room has air conditioning. The community has 2 outdoor pools (one of which heated in winter) as well as the use of indoor facilities at a small additional cost. This property requires booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations.
