Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 44 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 55 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This 2 bedroom sea front beach duplex apartment is situated on the Dona Lola Holiday resort on the Mijas Costa. This well-equipped property has been renovated to a high standard. The downstairs has an air-conditioned open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge patio doors open on to a balcony with superb sea views. There is free WIFI (fibre optic) and the apartment has a large choice of IPTV TV channels inc English,French, German and (Spanish digital). Upstairs the master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes air conditioning and patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace with fantastic sea views. The second bedroom also has air conditioning but the biggest advantage of this room is there are one double bed and two single beds.

The Dona Lola complex boasts 3 swimming pools, one main outdoor pool overlooking the sea, a smaller (adults only) heated pool and a children's pool. There is also a gym/fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts available for a small extra charge. The complex also has the benefit of numerous restaurants, bars and two mini supermarkets making it an ideal location for a holiday all year round, without needing a car.

A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations.
