Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 44 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 55 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The property has air conditioning, 50 English TV channels, 16 Scandinavian TV channels, 8 German TV channels and 14 French TV channels, free Wifi, two south-facing terraces (master bedroom full sun terrace), a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave/oven, two refrigerators (one with freezer) and a ceramic hob. The resort has 2 superb outdoor community swimming pools (of which one is heated), its community gardens have direct access to the beach. The indoor facilities and tennis courts can also be used at a small additional charge. There are numerous bars and restaurants on the complex as well as 2 mini-markets and it is strategically located just a 10-15 minutes drive from Marbella or Fuengirola. Malaga´s most exclusive port, Puerto Banus, is only 15-20 minutes away.

A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations.
