Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 44 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 59 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This superb 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the well known Dona Lola Beachside Resort in Calahonda (Mijas Costa). This second floor fully air-conditioned apartment has been fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The lounge has Spanish, 50 English, 16 Scandinavian, 14 French, and 8 German TV channels. The terrace is surrounded by glass curtains which can be opened fully enabling you to fully appreciate the fantastic sea views. This complex is located right on the beachfront and the apartment is approximately a 50m walk down to the beach. The complex also has one main swimming pool, a smaller outdoor adult heated pool, and a children's pool. A gym, spa, and sauna can also be accessed at a minimal additional cost. There are a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops in and around the resort, making this complex a perfect all year round holiday destination!!

A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations.

FROM 1ST OF APRIL TO 1ST OF NOVEMBER AND CHRISTMAS, PROPERTY IS RENTED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
