Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 44 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 55 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This beautiful frontline beach house is perfectly located between Marbella and Fuengirola in the area of Mijas Costa. The property is finished to a high standard. Stylishly furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 WC. The ground floor comprises an open-plan lounge/diner - with direct access onto the beach - and kitchen which is well equipped with all appliances. The lounge has a patio door opening on to a private terrace and the community gardens with the beach just a further 20 metres away. The property offers 50 English TV channels, 16 Scandinavian TV channels, 8 German TV channels and 14 French TV channels. The upstairs comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 WC. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto a sunny terrace with spectacular sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. The community has 2 outdoor pools (one of which heated in winter) and all the indoor facilities and tennis courts can be used paying a small fee. Numerous restaurants, supermarkets and bars are both onsite or within a very short walk. This property requires booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations.
