Hello there, My name is Niz and I love hosting properties. This is my latest addition. The house is located in a very convenient location in Scarborough. Its a private space. Guest can stay entire house except basement.
The major intersection would be Lawrence and Warden. 5 mins walk to public transportation, 25 mins drive to Downtown Toronto, 20 mins Drive to Toronto Zoo. Ideal for a group of 8 people. A child-friendly space designed for comfort and safety. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. You will enjoy your trip to Toronto and explore the beauties around the neighborhood.
The Space:
This is a Bungalow type property. It has a nice backyard with a Deck equipped with BBQ and patio furniture. Its a private place. So there's nothing to share with other.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the property 24 hrs. The key will be in the lockbox.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available 24/7 through our system. We can be reached VIA the reservation channel App or when you book with us you will have direct access with the owners.
The Neighborhood:
One of the most vibrant places of Toronto. Near to all amenities and shopping. This annex is full of activities all year round. There is always something to do. You can take a stroll down Bloor and you are going to find some of the best brands. When it comes to food Toronto offers a wide choice from all around the world.
Restaurants:
Pho Metro Restaurant is just 900 meters away from your residence. Nearby restaurants include Golden Lobsters Chinese Hakka and Seafood Restaurant, Rose’s Halal Kitchen, One Life Meals, Wexford Restaurant, Wexford Restaurant, Wong’s Asian Cuisine, Wong’s Asian Cuisine, Nasib’s and Nova Ristorante. So many restaurants in one place and it will not take more than 4 to 5 minutes from the residence. You can explore different food and different flavors. And you will just love this place, I am sure.

10 Compton Drive is just like the picturesque and the romance of seeing the beauty. Winding rivers calm lakes, mighty waterfalls everything in one place. The Don River is 5.9 km from the apartment. It takes 13 minutes by bus. West Highland Creek and Deerlick Creek are not so far from the property. It takes 8 to 9 minutes on the drive. It's a place of spectacular beauty in abundance.
All aquatic animals are wonderful. Every animal features colors, patterns, and rhythms exquisitely unfolded for surviving and growing underwater. Ripley's Aquarium of Canada is 25 minutes away on transport. Beside, M&J Aquarium takes 8 minutes from the apartment. Magical Aquarium Club and Big Al's Aquarium & Pet Supercentres – Scarborough are in close distance.
Toronto Zoo, Lion Zoo, and Instant Zoo are the closest distance. It may take 20 minutes on the drive.
Woodbine Beach and Bluffer's Park Beach, both are 10 minutes away on the drive. Scarborough Bluffs Park Beach is 9.2 km distance from the apartment and takes 17min.
Toronto Pearson International Airport and Toronto Buttonville Municipal Airport are in the closest distance. It might take 30 minutes to reach the airport. Scarborough Museum is 4.2 km from the apartment. Aga Khan Museum and Toronto Fire/ NYFD Public Education Centre and Museum, both are closest to the apartment. It takes 7 to 8 min on the drive.
Getting Around:
20 mins drive from HWY 401, 25 mins drive to Down Town Toronto, 20 mins drive to the zoo. Every thing else is with in 50/10 mins drive.
Other Things to Note:
This Property has three units set short term rental. So at any given time Guests are requested to share the common areas like the laundry facility and the use of backyard and BBQ. It applies to Every Guest staying at the property.
House Rules:
Between 10 pm to 6 am you are requested to keep quite as we have other guests occupying the basement floors.
