Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.


Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.


Cancellation terms in most cases are:


  • With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
  • With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page


Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

One of the most vibrant locations in Downtown Toronto. Close to all amenities and shopping. This annex is full of activities all year round. There is always something to do. You can take a stroll down Bloor and you are going to find some of the best brands. When it comes to food Toronto offers a wide choice from all around the world.

Nearby restaurants include Insomnia, Piano Piano Restaurant, Daddyo's -Best Pasta Toronto, Kinka IZAKAYA, River Tai Chinese Restaurant, Sushi Maido, Pig out BBQ, Cafe Cancan, Harvest Kitchen, Fresh on Bloor, Grasshopper Cafe, By The Way, and Kenzo Ramen. So many restaurants in one place and it will not take more than 4 to 5 minutes from the residence. You can explore different food and different tastes. And you will just love this place, I promise.

Downtown Spadina Avenue, is just like the picturesque, unspoiled, pretty, amazing place just like movies.
Serpentine rivers, calm lakes, mighty waterfalls everything in one place. The Yellow Creek river is 4.1 km from the apartment. It takes 13 minutes by bus. Sugar Beach, Woodbine Beach and Hanlan's Point Beach are not so far from the property. It takes 18 to 20 minutes on the drive. It's a place of scenic beauty in abundance.

Eaton Centre, CN Tower and Rogers Centre are close to your hand. It may take 10 to 13 minutes from your residence.

Aquarium:
All aquatic animals are wonderful. Every animal features colors, patterns, and rhythms exquisitely unfolded for surviving and growing underwater. Ripley's Aquarium of Canada is 13 minutes away on transport. Beside, Downtown Pets & Aquarium takes 5 minutes from the apartment. Aquarium Service Toronto, Wongs Aquarium and Next Gen Aquatics are in close distance.

Toronto Airport Limo service and Pickering Airport are closest to your apartment. It might take 10 to 12 minutes to reach the airport. Pickering Airport is 2.9 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, 4.5 km from the residence.

Royal Ontario Museum is 1.8 km from the apartment. Ukrainian Museum of Canada Ontario and VEMU Museum of Estorians Abroad, both are closest to the apartment. It takes 3 to 5 min on the drive.
Getting Around:
We are located only 5 mins walk from Bloor and Spadina Subway and street car.

House Rules:
1. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No group gatherings allowed in the Unit, Unit is fully monitored from outside to ensure this rule is not broken and for security.
2. Check in, is anytime after 4 PM and check out is anytime before 11 AM. Please, take off shoes at entrance of the unit after you enter.
3. Please, leave unit clean and tidy when checking out, take all the garbage out and take them to the garbage room / Bins outside your unit.
4. Please, help us save energy by turning off all lights in the unit before going out.
5. Please keep the noise down as we do have senior neighbor`s and the building security actively monitors everything. QUIET hours 9 PM to 9 AM.
6. Please inform me if you are bringing in any additional guests inside the unit to avoid any confusion.
