Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 4 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This house is in An Thuong, the most popular tourist area close in walking proximity to many restaurants, local cafes, spas, shops & activities.
5-7 mins walk to My Khe Beach. 28km to Ba Na Hills. 24km to Hoi An Ancient Town.

All 6 bedrooms are complete with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. 3 of the bedrooms has a small balcony each for guests to enjoy every morning’s sunshine or chill in the evening with drinks.

In this 4 storey house, each level has 2 bedrooms while the 4th storey is our roof garden with laundry facility & yard.

An excellent place for big groups of friends and families get together. The common living dining area on the ground level offers social bonding space while individual bedrooms provide the ultimate privacy.

Getting Around:
The most popular chauffeured transport is the private hire by Grab and budget friendly too. Alternatively, we can help to arrange bicycle, motorcycle or car rentals.
Other Things to Note:
There is no elevator in this house.
